1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or accessing an online store on itale.in, you agree to comply with these terms, applicable Indian eCommerce rules, and IT Act guidelines.

2. Merchant Obligations & Lawful Goods

Merchants must operate lawful businesses in India and must not offer prohibited, counterfeit, or hazardous products. Merchants are responsible for accurate product descriptions, tax compliance (GST), and delivery fulfilment.

3. Platform Commissions & Payouts

The platform earns a default 10% commission on eligible sales or the rate specified by your subscription plan. Available balances can be requested for withdrawal subject to minimum threshold rules and bank transfer verification.
