On the Free Starter package, customer payments and charges are automatically collected via Our itale.in Platform Payment Gateway, and your net earnings are settled to your payout balance. On higher packages (Growth Pro & Enterprise), you can configure your own Merchant-Owned Razorpay Credentials and Custom UPI QR to receive customer funds directly into your bank account.
Yes! Any package tier can have a custom domain on itale.in. Free plan stores include an elegant "Powered by itale.in" footer badge, while higher paid packages are 100% white-labeled with zero platform branding.
For higher package clients, subscriptions are collected using recurring Autopay (UPI Autopay / e-mandates). Renewals are processed automatically and paid invoices are generated and accessible anytime in your merchant billing portal.
When orders are paid through the platform gateway, your real-time financial ledger balance increases immediately. You can submit a payout request to your verified Indian Bank Account (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or UPI ID. Once approved, the transfer is executed and the official bank UTR reference is recorded on your dashboard.
